Customer Privacy                                                                                    

All information provided by the customer is strictly confidential and only used for internal purposes. Customer's email address will only be used by CHOCS-AWAY and will not be passed onto any third parties.

Refunds & Returns      

Sorry, but due to the personalised nature of CHOCS-AWAY products refunds and returns cannot be excepted. Please carefully proof read any personalised text for spelling, punctuation and grammar, customers have final approval. CHOCS-AWAY will not start printing an order until payment has been received and this is viewed as final approval.

Delivery  

 Although CHOCS-AWAY will do everything possible to make sure customers orders arrive safely, CHOCS-AWAY cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged during shipping. CHOCS-AWAY standard shipping service is Royal Mail 1st Class and although proof can be given to show customers orders were delivered to the post office for shipping, CHOCS-AWAY cannot be responsible for orders once they have been delivered to the postal service. Customers can select postal insurance for large orders, however an enquiry into the prices should be made before an order is placed. Customers should give the full postal address for delivery and provide the company name if delivering to a business. If orders are returned due to persons unknown or an incomplete address, customers are not entitled to a refund, however CHOCS-AWAY will do everything to contact customers to arrange reshipping to the correct address at an additional postage cost.

Payment  

CHOCS-AWAY will not start printing orders until payment is received. Payment options are paypal and cheque. Note: orders will not be printed until cheque has cleared.

Photos & Logos       

Any logos or photos, customers require on the personalised products should be emailed to

chocs-away@live.co.uk

after an order has been made, quoting the customers order ID. Professional photographs are copyrighted so the photographer's concent must be given before the photo is used. For the best quality image, make sure photos are well lit and close up and all images are sent through email via a jpg, png or pdf file.
